Please use the reply form when:

  • your prepaid Chipknip is not working properly;
  • you want to redeposit your credit balance on your Prepaid Chipknip card and have it transferred to your bank or giro account. A fee is charged for redepositing your credit balance;
  • your Prepaid Chipknip is empty and you want to have it processed in an eco-friendly way; to do this, you need to send us your Prepaid Chipknip.

Defective Prepaid Chipknip

 

If several different point-of-sale terminals refuse to accept your Prepaid Chipknip, or if various attempts to pay with the card have been unsuccessful, it means that your Prepaid Chipknip is probably defective. However, payment may also be refused because your credit balance is not sufficient. So before you pay for something, first check the balance on your Prepaid Chipknip. To do this, press the ‘?’ button at point-of-sale terminals or Chipknip recharging terminals.

Redepositing your credit balance into your bank or giro account 

 

Your credit balance can be redeposited by having it transferred to a Dutch bank or giro account. This is only possible when there is at least € 5 still remaining on your Prepaid Chipknip. A fee of € 1,50 is charged for redepositing your credit balance. This amount will be deducted from the remaining credit balance on the Prepaid Chipknip. The Prepaid Chipknip is mailed at your own risk.

Card empty? Send us your Prepaid Chipknip so it can be disposed of in an eco-friendly manner 

 

Have you used up the credit balance on your card? That means your card is empty. The Prepaid Chipknip cannot be recharged, so you should throw away your card or send it to us with the reply form. Your card will then be disposed of in an eco-friendly way.
